Hopewell Federal Credit Union is seeking a self-motivated,
goal-oriented Card Processing Administrator for its Heath office.
This position is responsible for
planning and organizing the activities of all the card processing
procedures. Responsible for card operations and for performing
security and mailing functions. Oversees all card processing
functions, accounting, recording, and projects. Develops and
implements area policies and procedures and modifies as
needed. Ensures card processing activities are conducted in
accordance with established standards. Assists in the resolution of
difficult or sensitive card processing transactions. Compiles and
enters statistics, performs assigned posting and balancing duties,

Position summary: Responsible for providing

seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will
perform and be responsible for all financial aspects of the credit
union including, but not limited to, budgeting, forecasting,
financial modeling, cash management, payroll administration,

services and to provide members with all financial services
appropriate for them. The successful candidate will have
demonstrated ability to work as a team member, have a proven sales
record, be able to analyze member problems and also find beneficial
solutions for members and makes a commitment to provide quality
service to members.
The position meets with members to build
relationships, gains and understanding of their needs, assists in
opening all types of accounts, determines loan eligibility, handles
consumer loan/Visa applications and closings.
The position serves as a resource to members’
unmet financial needs (i.e. finds beneficial solutions to members’
problem(s), enrolls members in all of the products and services that
are appropriate for them, and answers members’ questions about the
products and services). Determines eligibility for products and
services by analyzing debt ratios and determining credit worthiness
and ability to repay through accurately completing new account and
loan applications for members.
Works with IRA Direct to complete distributions
and troubleshoot problems. Administers decedent account
procedures. Administers on-line banking sign-up requests and
responds to member inquiries through website. Counsels members who
have been denied credit on how and what to improve to increase the
potential for future loans. Represents Credit Union within the
community by attending various business and community events as
needed.

Collections Specialist

Telhio Credit Union is seeking a Collections Specialist. Candidates
must have effective communication skills, organizational skills,
wonderful customer service skills, and posses a Team Attitude!

handling, and banking experience desirable. Candidate must have a
HSD/GED, be able to operate equipment such as a computer/ adding

Telhio CU is seeking a full-time Collections Specialist available to
work 10:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, as well
as a rotating Saturday morning schedule. They will be responsible
for performing collection activities associated with delinquent
account identification and resolution. Utilizes knowledge of
collection policies and procedures to establish goals and objectives
for review of individual delinquent loan accounts, determine
probable reasons for account status, and contact members to resolve
the delinquency and favorably maintain the credit union image.
This position has the responsibility of being firm, professional,
courteous, and diplomatic in contacts with members. Must maintain
working knowledge of current and pending laws and regulations
pertaining to collections. Maintains confidentiality of all
corporate and member activities. The ability to make sound decisions
protecting the Credit Union and while maintaining sound member
relations.
Qualified applicants must have previous experience in collections,
preferably with a credit union or other financial institution, as
well as skip trace experience. A familiarity with basic technical
information regarding various filing requirements in connection with
foreclosures, wage garnishments, bankruptcies, repossessions, etc.,
with a strong working knowledge and understanding of Fair Debt
Collection Policy Act.
