Compliance Consulting
Partnership
The Ohio Credit
Union League and The Rochdale Group have partnered to offer Ohio's
credit unions consulting and compliance services. Consulting
services include strategic planning, CUSO development, and general
operations. The array of compliance services include reviews (you
choose the exact scope of the review, from a single issue to
comprehensive), training, office outsourcing, and education.
Additionally,
the partnership provides access to "credit union friendly"
capital markets -- loan participation and syndication,
capital market access, balance sheet strategies, and
non-earning asset analysis.

RegTraC
CUNA’s
RegTraC (Regulatory Training and Certification)
is a comprehensive set of six manuals of
compliance materials relating to deposit
accounts, general operations, consumer lending, mortgage lending,
NCUA requirements, and compliance program management. One set of manuals is
published for seasoned compliance
professionals, and a second set is published for non-compliance staff and
volunteers. These manuals run from $35 to $60 each and are
updated twice a year. Credit union personnel
can earn certification as a Compliance Achievement Award
recipient or as a Certified Compliance Expert.
