KEMBA Financial Credit Union, a sales and service-oriented financial

Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper position will perform a variety of
bookkeeping and related duties including, but not limited to,
posting and updating general ledger and subsidiary accounts,

Position Summary: Provides technical support service to the credit

of Internet HTTP, FTP, XML, relational database structures and basic
network troubleshooting is required. Strong customer service skills
and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in
written form are needed. Strong working knowledge of Lotus Notes,
CIM, COMET, Internet, Image Depot, MemberView™, Word, and Excel.
Minimum of 2 years’ previous customer service experience required.
Possesses a thorough understanding of systems utilized to access and
process member transactions. Prior finance and sales experience
helpful. Must be detail-oriented and have proven problem-solving

lifecycle. Must possess the ability to analyze and resolve complex
problems, work well within group settings, and demonstrate good
