Basic understanding of Internet HTTP, FTP, XML, relational database structures and basic network troubleshooting is required.  Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form are needed.  Strong working knowledge of Lotus Notes, CIM, COMET, Internet, Image Depot, MemberView™, Word, and Excel.  Minimum of 2 years’ previous customer service experience required.  Possesses a thorough understanding of systems utilized to access and process member transactions.  Prior finance and sales experience helpful.  Must be detail-oriented and have proven problem-solving abilities.  Financial operations experience preferred.

Experience in concepts governing relational database structures and user reporting/query tools; 3 years of experience with Microsoft.Net, Microsoft Project, Access, Visio and Microsoft Office preferred.  Possesses working knowledge of all phases of applications systems lifecycle.  Must possess the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems, work well within group settings, and demonstrate good written and oral communication skills.  Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are required.
