Bookkeeper - Part-time (Columbus)

KEMBA Financial Credit Union, a sales and service-oriented financial cooperative, is seeking a highly motivated, success-minded, self-starter to join its Accounting Department as a part-time Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper position will perform a variety of bookkeeping and related duties including, but not limited to, posting and updating general ledger and subsidiary accounts, performing basic and complex account reconciliations, providing administrative support to the Controller, assisting Accounting Department personnel as needed, and providing support in relation to other accounting responsibilities and functions within the credit union.

Teller/Member Service Representatives - Part-time (Columbus)

Telhio Credit Union is seeking friendly, dedicated part-time Teller/Member Service Representatives (MSRs) to join our winning team!  MSRs are charged with providing extraordinary member service, following the standards as set forth in the T.E.A.M.S. commitment to earn a smile with every transaction. MSRs also perform teller transactions & refer members to products/services anticipating the members’ financial needs.

Telhio offers a training class, competitive pay, paid incentives, paid vacation and holidays,  a company-matching 401(k) plan, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Candidates must have effective communication skills, organizational skills, wonderful customer service skills and posses a team attitude! Candidate must also be dependable and flexible. Technical Member Service Specialist (Columbus)

Qualifications Include: BA/BS degree with major/minor combination of Business and Computer Science or 2+ years comparable business experience is preferred.   Must possess the ability to analyze and resolve problems.  Must possess basic MS Windows 2000 and XP Operating System experience. Basic understanding of Internet HTTP, FTP, XML, relational database structures and basic network troubleshooting is required.  Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form are needed.  Strong working knowledge of Lotus Notes, CIM, COMET, Internet, Image Depot, MemberView™, Word, and Excel.  Minimum of 2 years’ previous customer service experience required.  Possesses a thorough understanding of systems utilized to access and process member transactions.  Prior finance and sales experience helpful.  Must be detail-oriented and have proven problem-solving abilities.  Financial operations experience preferred.

Qualifications Include: BA/BS degree with major or minor combination of Business and Computer Science and the equivalent of 7 years of comparable business experience is required. Experience in concepts governing relational database structures and user reporting/query tools; 3 years of experience with Microsoft.Net, Microsoft Project, Access, Visio and Microsoft Office preferred.  Possesses working knowledge of all phases of applications systems lifecycle.  Must possess the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems, work well within group settings, and demonstrate good written and oral communication skills.  Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are required. Must posses basic MS Windows 2000 and XP Operating System experience and have a basic understanding of Internet HTTP, FTP, XML, and relational database structures.
