John ‘Ogie’ Sheehy – Global CIO and CEO – European Business, PolicyWorks

Ogie is the Global CIO and CEO – European Business for PolicyWorks. With a degree in Applied Physics and Electronics from the Institute of Technology Tralee, Ogie spent more than 16 years working through the ranks of companies such as Hewlett Packard, IBM and Dell. In 2008, Ogie founded ViClarity, a technology solutions company that makes managing governance, risk and compliance (GRC) programs easy with their unique fully automated GRC platform. In 2020, ViClarity was acquired by PolicyWorks and maintains a portfolio of more than 300 global clients of all sizes.

Jovilyn Herrick –Director of Compliance Consulting Services, PolicyWorks

Jovilyn is the Director of Compliance Consulting Services for PolicyWorks. With over 20 years of credit union experience and expertise in areas such as compliance, risk, operations, marketing, and management, Jovilyn today assists credit unions with their audit and compliance needs and provides support to PolicyWorks’ affiliated credit union leagues and partners. Prior to joining PolicyWorks, Jovilyn was worked with several credit unions in California in a variety of leadership roles.

Crystal Sagum—Compliance Officer, PolicyWorks

Crystal is a Compliance Officer for PolicyWorks. With 12 years of financial services experience, Crystal has a focus in mortgage and consumer lending. In her past roles, Crystal’s responsibilities included conducting lending risk assessments, writing policies and procedures and overseeing consumer complaint tracking. In her current role with PolicyWorks, Crystal supports California/Nevada credit unions as a member of the hotline support team.
